We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our growing Design team. You will partner with Product Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers across every surface of Front to craft engaging experiences for our customers. You will be an integral part of the Workflows, Insights, and User Management teams, building product interactions that help our admin customers better manage their teams and workflows in Front.
What you'll do:
- Develop content frameworks, product narratives, and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help people understand the practice of UX Writing
- Craft and contribute to the Front product voice and style
- Represent our users by offering a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process
- Help our users feel at home in Front by using language that speaks to them and their needs
- Regularly collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, marketers, product analysts, and product managers
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Translate complicated concepts into clear in-product copy (navigation, notifications, errors, and more)
- Create, maintain, and evolve content guidelines
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of UX Writing experience
- Ability to maintain high levels of quality in a fast-moving product cycle
- Ability to understand and discuss strategy, metrics, and results
- Low ego and an eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent work environment
- Collaborative approach and belief that the best products are built through a partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering
- Great communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your writing decisions and how they relate to the problem you’re solving
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their collaboration problems
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
