About this position

The Content Designer will work alongside research and design teams to determine the best way to structure and produce content to meet the user needs while achieving business goals. This role brings consistency and elevates the user experience by crafting clear and compelling customer-facing UI copy.

From the moment of transaction, where money is exchanged for goods, to the moment their purchase arrives at their doorstep, this is one of the most critical parts of a buyer’s journey.

Core activities include:
Solve complex design problems with deceptively simple words.
Advocate for our users relentlessly, wield the power of information hierarchy and clear language, and use data and insights to inform every decision.
Translate complex ideas into everyday language for the Payment domain—and to do so with extreme attention to detail.
Work alongside research and design teams to determine the best way to structure and produce.
Content to meet the user needs while achieving business goals.

Your background

4+ years UX content writing experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ability to navigate the priorities of a wide range of stakeholders
User-centric and strategic approach
