The Job

The needs of the user is everything to us, and how those needs are served falls under our Product teams.

They’re fact-finders.

They’re builders.

They’re ideators of easy to use, information rich resources across our whole platform who - along with Analytics teams - get to the ‘why’ in order to create unrivaled user experiences.

Alongside your place on our market-led content design team you’d be working within Flo’s Commercial (Monetisation) stream creating engaging content that is both user friendly and inspires action. Essentially, your content should make taking out or renewing a Flo subscription a no-brainer for people everywhere.

We need someone who is able to hit the ground running and is excited to get stuck in on some exciting upcoming projects. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Content Design expertise and attention to detail
  • Experience co-designing with product designers in collaborative tools
  • Brilliant communication skills – with the ability to influence others and advocate for Content Design at all levels — from product designers to product managers to senior stakeholders
  • A portfolio that demonstrates impact

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on mobile apps and with a complicated subject like health
  • Experience working with engaging marketing copy 

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Explaining the value of Flo through clear, concise and compelling content that activates our users to subscribe to Flo Premium
  • Working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, User Researchers, Analysts, as well as our Legal and Medical teams

Salary Range:

UK - 64,000 - 70,000  gross per year. (Pro-rata) 

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience
