Compliance Product Manager

Binance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Compliance/Product Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our internally developed tools meet regulatory compliance standards and gain credibility with regulators across various jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain analytics, product or compliance operations, experience engaging with regulators and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance Binance’s compliance credibility with regulators from different countries to secure recognition and approval for our internally designed blockchain analytics tools.
Drive ongoing initiatives to strengthen the regulatory confidence in our tools and ensure our tools and processes meet and maintain regulatory standards.
Utilize expert knowledge of blockchain analytics products to support compliance and regulatory efforts internally.
Apply technical and consulting expertise to ensure business needs are understood.
Take ownership of understanding the functionality of the analytics tools and any updates based on feedback from internal development teams.
Proactively keep up to date with blockchain analytics developments to ensure familiarity with upcoming features and proactively tackle any potential hurdles on approvals needed from regulators.

Requirements

A minimum of 8-10 years in product or compliance operations, with a focus on blockchain analytics.
A minimum of 3 years experience with KYT tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs, CipherTrace, etc.
Possess an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to engage effectively with regulators. Demonstrated experience working with global regulators is mandatory for this position.
Experience directly building a KYT tool would be a significant advantage.
Experience as a consultant with a technical background would be advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them to blockchain products and compliance operations.
A demonstrated interest in following the latest trends and market updates relating to blockchain analytics products.
Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
