The Team You’ll Work With
Carta’s vision is to create more owners globally. In this role you will lead Carta’s efforts to expand internationally in our priority markets outside of the US. Carta has become the de-facto equity management solution in the US market covering over 1 trillion dollars in assets with more than 20,000 companies. We see a huge opportunity to expand Carta outside the US. You will be reporting directly to the VP, Product and engaging with other teams across Carta in bringing new products to the international market.
The Problems You’ll Solve
This is a brand new team and you will be the founding PM for this initiative responsible for creating the next big business for Carta.
- Create the vision and strategy to grow Carta outside US
- Drive 0-1 work to find product market fit and scale the business internationally
- Build a replicable product playbook for expanding across markets
- Integrate any international acquisitions into Carta’s core product experience
- Build the international team at Carta
About You
- Experience in defining and launching products for businesses internationally
- Strong communication skills with a talent for telling a clear and compelling story
- Founder mentality to work on 0-1 projects, strong ownership mindset
- Leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Interest in learning about the startup ecosystem and VC in different markets
- Ability to work with distributed global teams
Nice to haves:
- Experience working on products in regulated industries and fintech
- Computer Science degree or software engineering experience
