Business Marketing - Group Manager, Product Marketing Communications

Reddit is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to focus on building outbound marketing strategies for our global advertising solutions. This person will drive the development of activation narratives, collateral, and messaging of Reddit’s marketing solutions that drive product adoption. In this role, they will lead this core function within the Product Marketing team and they will work closely with Business Marketing, Channel Marketing, Communications, and Sales. The ideal candidate has experience building compelling messaging, content and working cross-functionality on go-to-market strategies. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are critical for success in this role. In addition, this person should have a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry and market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound go-to-market process, strategy, planning and execution to drive awareness and adoption of Reddit’s marketing solutions in partnership with Product Marketing, Business Marketing, and Communications
• Synthesize complex product features and advertiser needs into simple and compelling marketing content (e.g. narratives, thought leadership, webinars, presentations, collaterals, thought leadership and videos) 
• Manage the production process from start to finish, providing feedback and coordinating with internal partners and external resources
• Partner with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Enablement and Communications to help drive global product launches and growth initiatives
• Use data and insights to showcase product value and drive adoption 
• Create a measurement framework for tracking outbound marketing initiatives to showcase impact and extract learnings 
• Represent Reddit’s marketing solutions and roadmap externally 
• Become an expert in Reddits marketing solutions 

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience working in B2B content marketing, product marketing, marketing communications or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with digital advertising platform and/or digital advertising
• Experience managing people and contractors
• Outstanding communication skills, structured thinking, and exceptional writing ability
• Experience developing scalable marketing strategies and collateral 
• Experience developing creative content, being detail-oriented and delivering results
• Knowledgeable about digital advertising industry
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving
• High attention to detail
