Brand Designer - Web

Team Description 

The brand design team is responsible for all design related to Pendo brand and marketing. As a web designer you'll be involved in all aspects of the design process: concepting early-stage ideas, exploring multiple design solutions, prototyping high-res mockups, and collaborating closely with other designers, marketers, and developers. The ideal candidate will be both creative and disciplined, with interest in thinking outside of the box, creating and maintaining consistent brand style using our evolving design system, and advocating for user experience throughout the organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Update Pendo web properties to reflect updated brand guidelines (Marketo, Wordpress)
• Conceptualize and execute designs for a variety of web properties including Pendo.io, Marketo, and other micro-sites.
• Test and optimize conversion pages
• Build guidelines for animation/interactivity across Pendo web properties
• Manage a complex workload and prioritize in accordance with business needs
• Collaborate & communicate effectively with design peers and across the organization
• Lead upkeep/maintenance of Pendo web properties

Minimum Qualifications

• A portfolio of web design work with projects that demonstrate command of digital work
• Experience with website design, interactive design, user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating motion for the web (Lottie animations, etc.)
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (design and prototyping)
• Experience with Data Visualization
• Experience with B2B
