We're Tecton, a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing how companies build intelligent applications with machine learning. Our platform is the connective tissue between raw data and powerful AI models, and we're looking for a Visual Designer who can bring that same seamlessness to our brand and visual identity.

Responsibilities

Web-design: Design and develop visually compelling website pages, templates, and graphics for digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and optimal user experience.
Presentations: Create and maintain high-quality presentation materials, including company-wide decks, board presentations, and customized sales presentations, effectively communicating complex information through visual storytelling.
Artwork: Produce engaging email graphics and templates, as well as general graphics such as marketecture diagrams, screenshots, illustrations, and icons to support marketing and technical communication efforts.
Events: Conceptualize and execute visually striking designs for both external and internal events, including customer events, industry conferences, hackathons, and company off-sites, to enhance brand presence and attendee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related design field
2-3 years experience at a tech company (not just a design agency)
English Proficiency
Proficiency in Design Software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint and Figma)
