What you will do

As a Designer, you will play a key role in the Brand Creative Team . You’ll be working in an ambitious, forward-thinking team  of Designers, Copywriters andProducers within our Marketing Department.

You are comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of creative projects of different scales. This includes participating in brainstorming and ideation sessions, to full execution and delivery across different mediums including landing pages, CRM, social, digital ads, video storyboards and seller decks.

You are collaborative by nature, working with relevant teams from Performance Marketing to CRM, Comms and Category Marketing. You will also collaborate with our Product Designers to ensure our design language is consistent across Marketing and Product.


You will be responsible for taking ownership of our brand   and taking it to the next level by creating and maintaining design guidelines that are clear, concise, human and on-brand. The Brand Designer reports directly to the Creative Director.

Who are you

  • You are passionate about special objects and their stories.
  • You have 5+ years of experience with extensive brand, print and digital experience.    
  • You have a bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
  • You have a strong portfolio that showcases a range of work  including marketing materials, landing pages, social assets, display, and email design.
  • You are ready to take ownership for different scales of projects from creating visual concepts for campaigns to working on event kits and sales decks.
  • You have experience working with paid digital media and its best practices
  • You have good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You have the experience or willingness to learn to use data to create the best  performing designs
  • You are fluent in design tools; Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
  • You are based in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, or United Kingdom.

  • Knowledge of additional European languages
  • Affinity with one or more Catawiki categories

Our offices and new way of working

We’ve embraced an activity-based way of working, meaning our team can choose how they split their work week between home and the office, in line with our remote framework and guidelines. In locations where we have physical offices, most employees enjoy two days at the office to connect and collaborate with each other.

Our experts and sales staff in local markets work 100% remotely – in most cases from home. Some key positions are hired remotely, while we also offer relocation services for colleagues needing to be closer to the office.
