About the Role
Mistral AI seeks a talented Brand Designer with expertise in web and interactive design to enhance our visual brand identity. This role is responsible for communications design, including our website and external digital storytelling.
You'll design and develop engaging web pages, infographics and digital experiences that effectively convey our cutting-edge AI technology and products to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
• Translating Mistral AI’s core values, product, marketing and sales components into beautifully crafted deliverables
• Communicating Mistral AI's narrative through conversion and data-driven design
• Producing assets for events, environmental graphics, digital experiences or print
• Uphold the integrity of our brand across various marketing and channel platforms
• Collaborating with stakeholders to articulate a creative vision
• Promote design comprehension and sensibility across the organization, refining work methodologies and design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
You are:
• A self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, creative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks
• 4+ years of experience in Brand or Product Design including in all or some of the following: 0-to-1 products, front-end development, product marketing, and Communications Design
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, print design best practices and a solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
• No-ego and highly committed to deliver
• Perfectly fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Highly collaborative and able to balance multiple projects and stakeholders
•Professional behavior with personal accountability, drive, and work ethics
•Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
