💜 About the role 💜

At Kard, we are busy creating something pretty new and exciting in our category: a fintech brand people actually love and feel connected to. For that we need to find the golden nugget who will put her/his creative genius at the service of our brand. We are looking for a Brand Designer who will be taking care of designing, enriching and managing our whole visual identity and creative assets, within our newly formed brand team, in collaboration with our Lead Product Designer.

As Kard’s Brand Designer, your missions will be:

·       Brand design: create, enrich and manage our brand visual identity, defining and updating visual guidelines, templates and other brand assets.

·       Website design: be responsible for the website’s design in collaboration with our Lead Product Designer.

·       Content creation: craft and produce our static and video contents for social media platforms, in collaboration with our Brand Content Manager.

·  Creative Direction: bring your design and creative vision to all the creative projects we lead in-house or with external partners (production companies, agencies, media).

💜 Preferred experience 💜

·       You have 3-5 years of experience in a digital or design agency, a tech startup or a tier-1 startup tech company.

·       You have a strong portfolio, showing all your different skills.

·       Knowledge and experience working with Illustration tools (Illustrator), 3D tools (Blender), UI tools and design systems (Figma), as well as Motion Design and Video Editing tools (After Effects, Premiere).

·       Strong Project Management skills; experience in making briefs, estimating deadlines, prioritising tasks, and staying flexible.

·       Strong attention to details with a pixel-perfect approach.

·       Humble and able to take and apply direct feedback.

·       Photography and video recording skills are a plus.

·       You’re excited to help craft the coolest love brand that exists!

·       You speak both French and English fluently.

💜 Recruitment Process 💜

If your application is retained, you will be going through the following process:

·       Intro call: a first video-call / interview with Martin, Head of Brand, to better understand your career plan, create a strong alignment on what we'll expect from you, tell you more about the way we operate and answer any of your questions.

·       Case: a remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills, followed by a video-call debriefing.

·       Meet the team: an interview with future team members to discover Kard across all its business lines.

·       Final interview: a final discussion with Amine, co-founder & COO.
