👀 About the role

We're looking for a passionate Brand Designer to join our Core Team! You'll be instrumental in developing the Hexa brand and creating our startups’ brand identities from scratch.

You'll collaborate closely with a variety of profiles and expertise within the core team, including product managers, designers, growth/comms managers, and HR.

💯 Responsibilities

• For Hexa, you’ll:
• Develop our brand and extend it according to the needs and channels (e.g. website, social media, print etc.)
• Produce a wide range of communication assets such as visuals, videos, infographics for our online and offline presence
• Be the champion of our brand identity and ensure its overall consistency
• For the startups, you’ll:
• Define and create minimum viable brands for our startups (logos, landing pages, etc.) in collaboration with founders and product designers
• Support startups in their various requirements such as demo decks, motion videos, presentations, and other creative materials

🤩 Is that you?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, in a startup environment
• You have strong design skills and have already worked for creative brands
• You are passionate about entrepreneurship & SaaS in general
• You are familiar with UI designing tools and basic knowledge of UX is a very strong plus
• You have experience with motion design and are able to edit video content
• You know your way around Webflow
• You love working in full autonomy, you are a fast learner and a proactive team player
• You have experience creating brand style guides and standards from scratch
• You follow the latest design trends closely and know how to effectively incorporate them into the experiences you create
• You have big out-of-the-box ideas that translate into unique brand experiences that make a lasting impact
