About the role

We are looking for a passionate Brand Designer to join our Core Team! Someone who will put their heart and soul into reinforcing our amazing brand. We're proud of our already strong design culture- now we want to double down on branding to make our brand image shine! ✨

This new role is central. You will arrive at a crucial moment for eFounders, as we are about to scale and launch new startup studios. You will be key in reinforcing and scaling the eFounders brand, our new studios, as well as supporting our design squads with creating unique brands for our startups.

You'll work closely with our partners and you'll collaborate with a variety of profiles and expertise within the core team: product managers, designers, growth/content managers & HR.

Your responsibilities :

• Deliver stunning visuals for eFounders' brand identity (as a startup studio)
• Explore ideas to define & build a cohesive brand while maintaining design consistency between product & brand strategy.
• Support product design squads by creating landing pages, logos, motion designs and illustrations for our new projects
• Participate in cross-team initiatives with core team members such as community building, employer branding, events...

Is that you ?

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, in a startup environment.
• You have strong design skills and have already worked for creative brands.
• You are passionate about entrepreneurship & SaaS in general
• You are familiar with UI designing tools: basic knowledge of UX is a very strong plus!
• You have experience with motion design and are able to edit video content.
• You communicate and write in both French and English
• You love working in full autonomy, you are a fast learner and a proactive team player!
• You have experience creating brand style guides and standards from scratch
• You follow the latest design trends closely and know how to effectively incorporate them into the experiences you create
• You have big out-of-the-box ideas that translate into unique brand experiences that make a lasting impact
