Our SaaS product is integrated with EHRs to connect patients to doctors through features like two-way messaging, online booking, and online payments. Design at NexHealth

Thoughtful design and the consumer experience has been largely ignored in the healthcare industry, impacting the patients ability to easily access and find quality care. The goal of NexHealth design is to elevate the patient experience to vastly exceed consumer expectations. Patients should be able to find care, book appointments, and communicate with ease, and this starts with brand voice and design. We have the opportunity to create usable, unique design systems that fundamentally improve the patient experience and drive momentum around who we are. You’ll be at the forefront of building one of the fastest growing brands in healthcare.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with a small team of designers within marketing, refreshing the NexHealth core identity and design language

• Partner closely with a few of us Marketers to shape projects that build awareness of the NexHealth brand and product benefits in unique, engaging ways

• Craft engaging visuals and digital experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Improve, maintain and evolve our brand systems and guidelines 
• Provide a critical eye towards our level of polish and overall design caliber 
• Deliver a quality of design in healthcare unseen before, resetting consumer expectations for the industry 

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of design experience
• Excellent Typography, color, layout and composition skills
• A portfolio showcasing work across a range of mediums; brand design, web design, print, paid media, design systems, iconography, etc. 
• Openness for feedback - collaborate well with others
• Experience creating (or working with) brand style guides and standards a plus
• Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly
• Creative abilities or interests outside of visual design, such as illustration, animation, photography, 3D modeling, retouching, etc.
• Knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
