Responsibilities

As part of the Branding team, develop and produce logos, illustrations and icons
Execution of owned brand collateral, tools and communication
Collaborate closely with the UX/UI teams to develop icons and illustrations for usage across various platforms
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal design team to develop design toolkits and templates to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
Develop and evolve Branded assets for internal asset library

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in established graphic studios, advertising agencies, branding agencies, or in-house design and branding role
An incredible portfolio of illustrations and icon design – refer to existing Binance related design collateral to understand the style of illustrations we seek
A clear communicator – ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
Incredible expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator – Figma knowledge is a plus and will be required. On the job learning will be provided
Familiarity with UI/UX work
Ability to single handedly execute creative work, independently and remotely
Experience with developing 3D illustrations, graphics and model is a plus
Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
Fluency in English required, Mandarin is a plus
