Goody is looking for a seasoned, well-rounded designer to lead our brand design.
As Goody’s first full-time designer, you’ll be integral in shaping and refining our visual brand. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll partner with Goody’s Marketing, Product, CX, and Merchandising teams to produce creative assets for email, web, paid media, print, and sales collateral.
Fresh, fun, and intuitive design is part of Goody’s DNA. As we go through a period of unprecedented growth, we’re looking for someone who can produce creative assets across media while raising our visual brand standards even further. What you’ll do:
- Design emails, digital ads, social media creative, web pages, landing pages, and sales collateral
- Partner with Growth, Product, CX, and Merchandising teams to translate business and marketing goals into design assets
- Help build and evolve Goody’s brand guidelines and visual design system
- Create campaign assets and designs to support marketing initiatives
- Bring in new creative ideas and stay up to date on brand/print/visual trends
- Ensure consistency and quality of our visual brand across media
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of graphic/brand design experience and creative work
- Experience across media, particularly digital ads, web UI and visual designs, print, and social media.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in typography, color, layout and composition
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Proficiency in motion design or animation
- A fabulous portfolio showcasing multi-disciplinary design work
- A holistic ownership of our design, from high-level strategy to small design details
- Strong follow through, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working at a startup, SaaS company, or digitally native brand is a plus
