The Central Product Team at Binance is where innovation meets user experience. Responsibilities
- Support Central Product Ops on daily/weekly tasks, including initiative tracking, product development follow-ups, and meeting preparation
- Conduct research and compile briefs on product, market, and competitive insights
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain documentation related to strategy, OKRs, and key initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and align on action items
- Support the user feedback loop by collecting, organizing, and sharing user insights with relevant teams to inform product improvements
- Shadow meetings and provide concise summaries with action point tracking
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging technologies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to liase with overseas partners & stakeholders
