About the role
The B2C Product Marketing department is responsible for ensuring the adoption, growth and satisfaction of our patient users on our Doctolib online booking platform. You will be part of a team of 3 people (within a larger team of 16) dedicated to making healthcare access easier and faster for patients.
As a B2C Product Marketing intern for Doctolib, you will help our team collect patient insights and work on impactful cross-functional projects, in order to boost patient online bookings of our healthcare professionals and increase their satisfaction for our product. Your work will therefore have a direct impact on our core KPIs, such as Online Bookings. You will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
The ideal candidate should have developed a diverse skill set that is both strategic and operational as you will need to be as keen on conducting research, delving into data and developing impactful presentations and as on coordinating across different teams and functions within Doctolib. Previous experience in product marketing, consulting, financial services, tech or analytical / strategic roles is preferred. The desire to help improve patient access to healthcare is essential.
