What We Need
We’re seeking a talented Associate User Experience Designer to help drive the next evolution of our web and native mobile experiences. You will play a key role in the development of new and existing products and features, working closely with product, engineering and analytics to create experiences that are delightful, easy-to-use, and deliver on our mission to advance financial well-being for our users.

Problems You Will Solve
- Solve compelling problems while owning user experience design across all patterns on web, tablet, and mobile
- Fearlessly deliver best-in-class designs that engineers are excited to build
- Quickly develop, iterate, and maintain user flows, mockups, and specs
- Develop light-weight prototypes, A/B tests, and other discovery tools
- Portfolio demonstrating foundational understanding of visual harmony, information hierarchy, and best practices around design patterns
- Collaborate on user-centered research initiatives to help inform your vision
- Work in close collaboration with a strong team of designers, researchers, developers, and product managers who want to make a difference…just like you.
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (HCI, Multimedia, Graphic Design, etc.) or equivalent industry experience
- 1+ years of UX work experience
- Ability to design at all stages of development while integrating ongoing user research, building from concept and rough sketches to prototypes to final user-facing product
- Knowledge of Scrum Agile or other Agile/Lean methodologies
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and Human Centered Design
- In-depth knowledge of the tools of the trade, including Figma and Adobe Suite
- You’re collaborative. You have experience (and love) partnering with others
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in web or mobile development
- Experience in the financial sector or other highly regulated industries
- Experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment
