Our Client Experience team at SeatGeek provides world-class services and experience to our SeatGeek Enterprise clients. In this role, you will support efforts for Enterprise product marketing. This includes being able to tell the story of our products in new and compelling ways, being a champion for new product innovations, and leading targeted marketing efforts to increase engagement with our clients.
What you'll do
- Support enterprise product rollout activities by contributing to communication plans and creating associated product marketing content
- Collaborate across several different departments to ensure SeatGeek products are thoughtfully communicated and delivered to clients
- Craft and communicate compelling messages across marketing channels including web, email, and events
- Collaborate with internal teams globally at SeatGeek to identify product marketing needs and support those with well-designed and executed materials
- Assist with the creation of branded sales, product, and services communications for SeatGeek Enterprise, telling our story in new and exciting ways
- Contribute to the creation of case studies to highlight and spread awareness of product success
- Create content to support client engagement events such as client advisory board meetings, virtual webinars, and user conferences
- Be a thought leader and expert product resource for our SeatGeek Enterprise Products speaking about our products to both internal and external audiences
What you have
- 1+ year(s) experience with product marketing in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience partnering with multiple product teams on marketing for new products and features
- Experience developing targeted product marketing materials across a global audience
- Demonstrated ability to create and publish case studies to demonstrate product market fit or success
- Ability to project manage your tasks and the tasks of others including prioritization, scheduling, and organization
- Exceptional communication skills - you can take complex topics and sell them to a wide array of audiences
- Creative storytelling skills - you have the ability to craft a story around value, connecting the what with the why
- Ability to naturally balance both qualitative and quantitative data into your work
- Passion for cutting-edge technology
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, and using Zoom for virtual events (a plus)
