The Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) plans and executes growth and go-to-market activities for Square's hardware portfolio. You will contribute to all aspects of hardware strategy in partnership with PMMs in the US and Square's international markets. This includes contributing to hardware go-to-market initiatives, planning and executing promotional activity, conducting and synthesizing customer research, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, building and managing email campaigns, and contributing to creative briefs. In addition to the Hardware Product Marketing team, you will work with cross-functional partners across product management, creative, marketing, supply and demand planning, e-commerce, sales/account management, and customer success teams. You will report to a Senior PMM Lead.
You Will:
Assist in go-to-market execution and project management for new product and feature launches.
Plan and execute changes to hardware web pages, participate in the creative process for new designs, and manage execution and reporting for A/B experimentation.
Drive new marketing campaigns from strategic direction to creative development, localization, setup, QA, delivery and monitoring.
Implement hardware promotions and pricing changes.
Assist in conducting quantitative and qualitative seller research and synthesizing insights.
You Have:
2+ years of professional experience in product, marketing, strategy, consulting, or related fields
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Experience managing cross functional partners
Genuine interest in and curiosity in helping small businesses succeed
Location:
This is a full-time position based in the US, but you will be part of a team that also works across multiple international teams and time zones. The majority of the team is based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York, but that is not a requirement for the role.
