Associate Product Manager - Content & Onboarding

About the Role

We are seeking an individual skilled in writing, analytics & onboarding. You'll have the opportunity to think deeply about Endear's 3 major customer stakeholders: corporate admins, store managers & sales associates. Your job will be to help each of them go from zero-to-one in Endear. Questions you'll answering and designing around include: "What should someone's first 30 days on Endear look like?" & "How do we make it easy for each stakeholder to do what they need to on a daily basis".

Endear is building the first modern CRM for retail teams. We empower brands to drive more in-store sales by giving their retail teams AI-powered tools to have 10x more personalized, human conversations with customers. Despite retail being 6x larger than eCommerce, brick-and-mortar retail has been largely overlooked by the technology industry. We're changing that by enabling thousands of salespeople to leverage customer data in meaningful ways.

What You'll Own

• Help documentation, videos & any other content necessary to provide an excellent onboarding experience
• Ongoing content calendars relevant to our customers to ensure they have fresh, timely & relevant content to send to their customer-base
• User research and testing initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and account management teams
• UX improvements driven by customer feedback and data

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience working at early-stage startups
• Strong examples of written documentation and/or educational videos
• Ability to balance user needs with business requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product decisions
• Data-driven approach to product with experience using analytics tools
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work autonomously
• Very comfortable in tools such as Posthog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
• Very comfortable working cross-functionally
• Experience with AI-powered tools is a plus

Required Experience

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience at early-stage startups
• Experience working directly with teams and stakeholders
