What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the product manager, engineers and designers of our consumer product (Movoto), to define the experience and corresponding features that will deliver on OJO’s vision of a better and more equitable homebuying experience. 
  • Lead agile scrum rituals including sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Clearly articulate and prioritize items in the product backlog, ensuring engineering teams understand and achieve desired results
  • Translate product requirements and reported bugs into tickets in JIRA
  • Understand and communicate all upcoming product features and user experience changes to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineers as they complete tickets and participate in user acceptance testing to review
  • Integrate user feedback, research and data analysis to enhance user satisfaction and drive the success of products
  • Demonstrate an inclusive approach to your craft:  bring everyone along with you, learn from their input, accept challenges, iterate, deliver together
  • Lead with empathy; OJO creates change in industries with long-standing norms and routines

Who you are:

  • You are a curious, creative and analytical person, eager to lead a product lifecycle end-to-end, and craft solutions that are fast, relevant, simple, comprehensive, and reliable for users.
  • You love crafting hypotheses and drawing upon data to test new ideas.
  • You strive to have a big impact, and love constantly learning new things on the job.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the follow areas: program or project management, software engineering, product marketing, 
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Be action-oriented
  • Hungry to learn and self-motivated
