What you’ll do:
You will join a team that is working to bring our customers on our platform in the smoothest way possible! You will be part of contributing to our seamless process to acquire and retain customers.
- You will work closely with one of our Senior Product Managers
- Responsible for the delivery of your squad’s roadmap, aimed at making it as easy as possible for vendors to onboard their customers to Choco
- Analyze business and user impact of potential features in a data-driven manner, using state-of-the-art tools and your strong analytical skills
- Meet and participate in interviews with users
- Continuously brainstorm product ideas with engineers and designers
- Work with Engineers to estimate effort, break down initiatives and communicate timelines to stakeholders
- Be proactive with troubleshooting, quality assurance and continuous testing
- Review proposed designs/wireframes and align on user stories
- Do whatever it takes to unblock your team!
- Collaborate across all non-technical departments (especially Sales, Operations & Legal), to prioritize, go to market effectively and create the best possible user experience
- Have the opportunity to grow with the company and increase your amount of responsibility and ownership over time
What we’re looking for:
- Technical, analytical, design or business experience/education
- You demonstrate an innate sense of product taste, strategic thinking, and an ability to ruthlessly prioritize
- You are an effective communicator who can transition between discussing detailed specifications to explaining next quarter's roadmap to a non-technical audience
- You take complexity and uncertainty as input and your output is great product and results
