Associate Product Manager - Banking Foundations

About the opportunity

If you’re interested in:

• Learning about the latest implementations of Machine Learning and Generative AI to detect and prevent financial crime, risk rate customers and super power our investigations teams. 

• Learning how we leverage these technologies end-end, from a front-end UX perspective, back-end and staff tooling perspective at onboarding, device pairing, payment and card transactions and staff investigations.

• Working on initiatives that are at the heart of all risk based decisions that support new and existing product propositions and also make sure we are compliant with future regulations.

You will work on a mature cross-functional product, tech & design team, with an incredibly exciting phase of growth ahead. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring our growth is scalable, where customers feel their money is safeguarded, and it’s ideal for someone with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:

• Help ensure the Anti Financial Crime Strategy is well-defined and aligned with key stakeholders across the business.
   

• Support the product discovery process to identify the best opportunities we have to solve customer and business problems and achieve our business goals.
   

• Help prioritise key product initiatives to deliver against our KPIs.
   

• Work with engineers to own features, maintain the backlog, and guide feature development through delivery.
   

• Work with data to analyse feature performance and opportunities to optimise the user experience and measure the performance of our back-end rules & machine learning models.
