About the role:

Ankorstore has the ambition to bring technology in a world where both our buyers & sellers are used to phone calls, basic emails & physical trade shows. It’s a world where everything needs to be invented! Product team will lead Ankorstore’s effort to transform & innovate in an ecosystem only starting to digitize.

Your mission is to help the Growth Squad:

• Helping the internal stakeholders prioritize their product requests
  - Collecting feedbacks & needs from every team
  - Challenging their product requests
  - Spread a Growth Product Culture within the whole company
  
  
• Exploring non/low-tech solutions to fix their urgent issues
  - Turning their feature requests into problem statements
  - Suggesting workarounds to reduce the pains
  - Partnering with growth team to adapt the tools
  
  
• Providing the tech team with unresolved prioritized issues
  - Gathering compliant & prioritized product requests from ops & sales & growth teams
  - Writing the specs
  - Following up with the stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience
• Experience in Customer Success Manager is preferred
• Fluent in French & English
• You have prior experience in project prioritisation

Other qualities that could add value:

• Entrepreneurial experience
• Experience working with small retailers or brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German, Dutch or Spanish
