Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Product Designer to join our Product Design team.

Our Product Design organization is a multidisciplinary team that examines the entire member journey and considers the design of systems to be as important as the artifacts we make. Our practice is human-centered, our work is rooted in empathy and research, and we lead by example and with our values.
As an Associate Product Designer you will help us explore, design, and shape the vision for the tools that enable Oscar to thoughtfully route members to care, helping to select providers and plan costs for their upcoming visit. You will generate and explore ideas, design, test and ship high-quality features, partner with your peers to shape roadmaps and define goals for high-impact work, and challenge what healthcare looks like.
You will report to a Director of Product Design. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York City office and part of the time work-from-home/remote. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is $120,000 - $157,500 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
