Apprentice Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer Apprentice in the Product Documentation team, you will be asked to create accurate, thorough documentation in a fast-paced environment to support a variety of information deliverables such as:

-GUI documentation,

-How-tos, FAQs, tutorials

-APIs documentation 

- Translations (French/English)

In addition, you will be asked to lend a hand to help develop the brand-new e-learning platform which will be used to onboard our collaborators, as well as certify our clients and partners. 

Your job will be to make complex information clear and easy to understand. In collaboration with other technical writers, UX writers, and e-learning specialists, you'll pursue the goal of helping our users complete tasks. 

You will collaborate closely with our Product Designers, UX writers, and Product Managers to ensure consistency and make sure that everything we launch follows our guidelines. You will have to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both on your own and as part of a team.

 

This is a one-year contract of Apprenticeship starting from September 2023

This position can be based on either :

In our offices in Paris or Lille, the partial remote is possible

On average our process lasts 2-3 weeks days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
