About Decagon:

Decagon is building the most advanced conversational AI agents for the enterprise. Since starting the company, we've been on a tear, winning over customers like Duolingo, Notion, Rippling, Eventbrite, Webflow, BILT and many more. Our AI agents provide a human-like customer support experience that enables enterprises to better serve their customers and efficiently manage their customer experience organizations.

We've raised $100M in total funding from Bain Capital Ventures, Accel, a16z, BOND Capital, A*, Elad Gil, and notable angels, including the founders of Box, Airtable, Rippling, Okta, Lattice, and Klaviyo.

About the Role:

As an Agent PM, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents. You’ll own customer outcomes, act as a bridge between our customers and engineering, and shape the future of our agent platform through customer-driven insights. This is ideal for those who want to drive real impact while balancing strategic and implementation work.

What You Will Do:

  • Build, Design and optimize AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals.

  • Act as strategic advisors, helping customers get the most out of Decagon's platform.

  • Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs.

  • Collaborate with your engineering pod to build new features when required to support specific customer use cases.

  • Own enterprise customers' AI agents end-to-end, from implementation to steady-state.

  • Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., founder, product manager, engagement manager, consultant, etc.)

  • Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them.

  • Bonus: CS, Engineering, or Math degree — or equivalent technical experience.

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • Take what you need vacation policy

  • Daily lunches, dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best

Compensation

$190K – $260K • Offers Equity
