Acquisition Growth Product Marketing Manager, Square Appointments

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented individual to join Square as an Acquisition Growth Product Marketing Manager on the Square Appointments team. You will work with cross-functional marketing teams, product managers, and product marketing managers to achieve the team's goals and drive growth for the business. You will have a emphasis on experimentation, lead generation, conversion rate and search engine optimization via web and mobile platforms. Your success means working in a cross functional environment to design, launch and iterate on marketing campaigns. You will report to a Senior Member of the Appointments team.

You are motivated to dive in and learn by doing. You can ramp up quickly, partner well with cross-functional teams, and work against goals.

You Will:

• Lead the ideation and execution of experiments that increase growth for our business, partnering with engineering, data, and design teams to implement iterative tests across web and mobile platforms
• Manage web experimentation to improve essential website metrics, including visits, bounce rate, time on page, and conversions
• Partner with internal teams to create lead gen campaigns that improve the sales acquisition funnel to increase marketing qualified and sales accepted leads
• Manage external agencies to further optimize app installs and web signups through ASO and SEO experimentation and content strategy
• Produce data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
• Analyze findings, report on KPIs, and present recommendations to executives and partners

• Requires 5+ years of marketing experience or related field with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups/teams, spanning all organizational levels
• Track record developing and executing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights
• Proficiency with excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or Google Sheets and writing SQL queries -- you can pull data to answer your questions
