JOB SUMMARY:
This Principal Product Manager works cross-functionally with strategist, business stakeholders, software development, design and technology teams to develop the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the enterprise loyalty and offer products supporting multiple Fanatics businesses. These products will acquire new users, improve retention and help users move across Fanatics businesses which will ultimately drive revenue for Fanatics and create a first class customer experience. This role is Responsible for prioritizing feature development and establishing development timelines and deadlines.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with business stakeholders to define and develop the product vision, roadmap and business requirements
Set prioritization of feature development and timelines.
Partner with business management, and design teams to write/document user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
Evangelizes and represents product domain insights to Fanatics leadership, executives and external partners

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
5+ years of product management experience. A plus with a concentration in loyalty and experiential marketing for companies with an array of product offerings
Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders,  peers, managers. 
Leads product domain strategy and execution
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, superior reasoning skills, proven track record of data driven decision making.
Entrepreneurial with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude; comfortable with ambiguity
Exceptional communication skills; strong ability to distill complexity into crisp, easily comprehensible and compelling messaging; capacity for storytelling
Be skilled at writing effective requirements in the form of concise stories, with success criteria and the rationale behind a given feature request
Identifies and removes team obstacles including clarifying ambiguous challenges.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Having business acumen, specifically an MBA is a plus.
