Workforce planning lead - Tech & Product Operations (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a Workforce planning lead to join our Tech and Product operations teams and manage end-to-end the planning, management and optimization of tech and product teams’ resources. 

You will translate Doctolib’s tech and product strategy and roadmap into a workforce plan to deliver the talent that builds the leading e-health services in Europe. Working closely with key stakeholders (e.g., product and tech leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, Finance, Real Estate), you’ll anticipate, define and monitor the delivery of the talent needs and establish strategies to shape our talent investments.

In this role, you will contribute to Doctolib’s core missions of improving healthcare for both patients and practitioners by enhancing the delivery of 60+ feature teams (+500 People: PM, developers, analysts, designers). 

What you will do

• Understand the strategies and roadmaps of our Tech and Product teams to identify talent needs and ensure the right mix of talent to reach our goals

• Lead and animate our staffing plan process (annual and quarterly forecasts) on the Tech and Product scope - collecting, challenging and consolidating needs from tech and product teams
• Steer and report to top leadership and senior managers on the staffing plan monthly delivery to inform decision making (recruiting, talent development, tech and product roadmap evolution…)
• Program managing initiatives aiming at improving our talent acquisition performance
• Ensure workforce planning data quality (one source of truth, up to date and accurate data)
• Leverage internal and external data, trends, analytics, and insights to assess local and global talent gaps, forecast resource needs, and model future scenarios to accurately identify and prioritize talent risks and opportunities.

Your skills

• You have 3+ years of experience in consulting and strategic workforce planning related topics
• You have strong analytical skills and at ease with manipulating large data sets in excel
• You are recognized for your professional efficiency and ability to structure
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision
• You have experience in project management, problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
• You are comfortable working with multiple teams at once
• You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
• You are fluent in English
