As an active member of the Senior Leadership Team in shaping strategy, structure and culture, the VP of Product Marketing is the glue that brings stakeholders from across the organization together. You will create scalable, personalized customer experiences to drive engagement, retention, and revenue for the organization.  

To do this, you must be innovative and current with a customer-first approach. You will also need to get intimate with and follow the data, prioritizing iterative testing to meet your team goals. In your everyday work you will also champion the voice of all users and elevate diverse perspectives.  

You will drive the team in thought leadership and overall execution to achieve our OKR’s and interact proactively and extensively with senior leadership and executive teams and ensure close collaboration across all functions.

If you have strong leadership experience with a proven track record of driving results via CRM your collaboration and strategic alignment across the organization will help us achieve overall marketing goals and better customer outcomes.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop Go-To-Market product marketing strategy and lifecycle messaging plans for key product launches
  • Own the customer journey and execute on our CRM streams that drive subscriber engagement and retention efforts. 
  • Drive subscriber engagement and retention as well as the tracking and reporting of contributing KR’s 
  • Conduct and leverage market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to deliver effective segmentation, targeting and personalization within appropriate channels and messages
  • Lock arms and build full funnel efficiency with the Growth Marketing leadership.
  • Partner with brand strategy to support the development of GTM, the product positioning, and messaging that will drive your marketing campaigns

What we're looking for:

  • 12+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced financial technology organizations
  • Strong leadership experience in a 500+ employee B2C organization with a proven track record of driving results via CRM
  • Direct experience on a product marketing team for a B2C product/service.
  • Ability to prioritize, self-start, and swiftly adapt to changing market conditions
  • Creative thinking to delivery results in a deadline-oriented startup environment
  • Deep experience with creating complex segmentation strategies, iterative testing plans and lifecycle messaging 
  • Desire to both create strategy and execute campaigns on a daily basis 
  • Experience and understanding creating, deploying, tracking, analyzing and reporting on  multi channel campaigns 
  • Braze and Subscription Marketing experience a big plus
