Role Overview

As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with the Product team, by improving digital core products and designing new features. Your main goal is to make sure that the user's needs and expectations are met while ensuring that the product is visually appealing, intuitive to use, and easy to navigate. 

Your mission:

• Improve design interfaces and flows. Focus on users' journeys while adhering to the Satispay design system. 

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Communicate design ideas and ensure product intuitiveness. 

• Conduct user research and testing. Identify user needs and pain points.

• Participate in product development. Act as the user’s advocate. 

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders. Ensure the product meets user and business requirements. 

• Analyse data and user feedback. Make informed design decisions.

Your ideal profile:

• Understanding of user experience. You know information architecture, usability, data visualisation, best practices, and industry standards for mobile and web applications. 

• Fluency with UX/UI design tools. You are proficient in Figma and other common design software. 

• Passionate about digital products. Always up-to-date with new trends and innovations from competitors and beyond.

• Strong portfolio. You have demonstrated systems thinking and core skills across various categories and formats. 

• Educational background. You have a degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is recommended. 

• Communication skills. You are an excellent verbal and written communicator and storyteller, capable of articulating design concepts. 

• Problem-solving mindset. You have a proactive approach and a love for challenges in an innovative environment. 

• Bilingual proficiency. You are able to interact professionally in both Italian and English.
