UX/UI Designer

As a UX designer, you will become an integral part of our creative team, responsible for generating and communicating the user experience of our games, creating ideas and working in a diverse multidisciplinary team of game and UI designers, tech artists, motion designers, 3D, animators and illustrators. You will work closely with the creative director, art director, project manager as well as the product owner. You should feel comfortable handling critique and praise. You must be driven and disciplined. 

Must take time to truly understand the needs and requirements of our stakeholders and established audience.

Ability to turn awesome ideas into the documents of the trade: user flows, mock up, detailed wireframes with annotations, prototypes, etc.

Must be able to present ideas in a compelling intuitive language and format that people understand.

Document and communicate design decisions for the team and stakeholders

Design the user experience of new features and iterate on existing ones

Partner with developers to ensure that proposed ideas are doable and in line with our tech requirements
