We’re looking for a Product Designer with a data driven mindset and strive for design excellence in a growing Product Design team.

Scope of your role:

  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary squad to define, design, and deliver extraordinary solutions for our users.
  • Contribute to ZenHub’s design system through innovative UX patterns and develop corresponding documentation.
  • Create wireframes, functional specifications, user flows, mockups, prototypes, visual designs.
  • Facilitate quantitative and qualitative research that informs your designs and translates insights into feature requirements.
  • Identify & evaluate user experience in collaboration with other product designers.
  • Participate in internal design critiques and team reviews to share your ideas.
  • Run usability tests to validate design decisions.

A little about you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product designer working in a cross-functional team.
  • Motivated to drive innovation. Clear process for decision making.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers to understand and execute on achievable solutions within scope.
  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills with the ability to translate insights and ideas into product features.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence in your work, and openness to feedback.  
  • Bonus points:
  • Experience with design systems
  • Animation tools (such as principle and lottie)
  • Understanding of metrics, KPIs
