The UX Research team partners closely with designers, data analysts and product folks to create thoughtful interfaces informed by insights and empathy.
This role reports into the Sr. Manager of User Research.
What you'll do
- Produce actionable insights that inform design & development
- Design, conduct, and analyze product research, both foundational and tactical
- Collaborate with product and design partners in informing designs with insights
- Work with data analysts to answer questions using a mixed methods approach
- Share research insights in creative ways to increase empathy
Who you are
- A student who will graduate in spring of 2023 who has UX research experience through internships, classes, or capstone projects We will consider college and university graduates as well as UX bootcamp graduates
- You understand and have practiced core research methods (exploratory interviews, concept testing, usability and impression testing, etc.)
- You love to discover and share new, innovative research methods and approaches
- You’re a great writer and a strong storyteller. You enjoy sharing your work and you’re comfortable giving presentations
- You’re empathetic, curious and open-minded
