This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.

Location:On-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ
Duration:1 year

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Product to understand and gather requirements.
  • Conduct User interviews.
  • Define personas, user journeys and tasks flows.
  • Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.
  • Experience working with complex interactions (management level dashboards, reporting)
  • Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas.
  • Proficient with InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Experience creating a design system.
  • Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
  • Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Lean UX.
  • Work efficiently with cross functional teams.
  • Knowledge on Accessibility and strategize conforming solutions.
