This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.
Location:On-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ
Duration:1 year
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Product to understand and gather requirements.
- Conduct User interviews.
- Define personas, user journeys and tasks flows.
- Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.
- Experience working with complex interactions (management level dashboards, reporting)
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas.
- Proficient with InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Experience creating a design system.
- Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
- Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Lean UX.
- Work efficiently with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge on Accessibility and strategize conforming solutions.
