UX Designer (Finance) job at Blink

This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.

Location:On-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ

Duration:1 year

What you'll do

Collaborate with Product to understand and gather requirements.
Conduct User interviews.
Define personas, user journeys and tasks flows.
Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.
Experience working with complex interactions (management level dashboards, reporting)
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas.
Proficient with InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Experience creating a design system.
Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Lean UX.
Work efficiently with cross functional teams.
Knowledge on Accessibility and strategize conforming solutions.
