Reporting to our Design Ops, you’ll work closely with all the Product Designers, Visual Designers, and Front-end Developers, to ensure the best quality of our design system.
Minimum qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar product design position
- You are passionate about product design & design systems
- You are curious, eager to learn, and gather design intelligence on a daily basis
- Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, for both internal and external communication
- Very good command of English
- You are a team player and you want to play a role in developing your team
- Figma… well… you know… !
Preferred qualifications
- Positivity, resilience and empathy best describe your personality. You gladly accept feedback and iterate with the team
- You are proactive and always ready to share your thoughts and ideas for improvement
- You want to learn as much as you want to teach
- Experience working on B2B solutions
- Experience working in tech companies
- Experience in documentation and presentation
- French/English (speaking and writing)

Responsibilities
- Design Quality: You have a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and sharp UI
- Figma Quality: Figma’s components, libraries, and mechanisms have no secret for you. When a new feature comes out, you’re always the first to know!
- People & Collaboration: You will work in close collaboration with all Product Designers. You will be their perfect partner to create stunning components for the design system. Your role will be both to assist designers as they create components, and to make sure they are adequately used on all products. Your other teammates will be Front-end Developers, so you will ensure the continuity between design and technical requirements
- Culture & Advocacy: You’re a team person. You’ll make sure best practices are shared between Product Designers, and Visual Designers
- Governance: You know how to review, release, and promote new components and patterns. You communicate rigorously on the design system updates
- Design system documentation: You have experience with design systems, you know that design principles and components need to be well-documented to be used to their full capacity. You already know how to use Zeroheight

This position can be either:
Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), fully remote is possible

Salary Range
60,000 - 76,000 EUR per year
