What you’ll do
Facilitate the migration and implementation of the Design System. You'll onboard and support Product Designers to build and update interface components and patterns.  You'll create a strong partnership with Product Managers, Product Designers and Front-End Developers. You know how to evaluate when to create a new component/pattern and when it is better to reuse an existing component.

Manage the evolutions of the Design System. You’ll craft a roadmap for establishing the design system as well as maintaining it. You'll document processes for how and why to create, use and retire components in our Design System.

You will follow and measure the impacts of the design system. You’ll develop standardized Design System Metrics, track and improve adoption.

Ensure the adoption of best practices. You will be responsible for communicating the vision of the design system and disseminating good practices regarding the use of components. To ensure a good understanding of component usage, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Design System documentation. You will be on constant watch to identify best practices and design patterns. You will work to make the Design System compliant with accessibility standards.

Contribute to design projects across the entire product lifecycle. Working closely with engineering and product you’ll delight our users with elegant and usable solutions. Your work will include: information architecture, mapping user flows, prototyping, creating high-fidelity mock-ups
