- Build content to improve the onboarding and adoption experience of Backstage by contributing to documentation, writing blogs, creating learning and enablement content, etc.
- Partner with community managers/developer advocates nearly every day on content creation and messaging that drives awareness and engagement; build new touch points and channel strategies as needed
- Create new marketing initiatives to inspire new and existing community members to contribute further to the project
- Work with community members to amplify their stories across Backstage community channels and beyond
- Collaborate with key partners across our company, including market leads, product, business, analytics, design, and user research teams, to develop strategies and plans in support of our marketing and business goals

- You’re a great storyteller and a strong copywriter/editor able to translate complex products and features into concepts that are engaging and easy to understand; you have experience in technical writing and public speaking
- Have experience in producing online and offline content specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, social media, email, etc.)
