How You'll Make an Impact

  • Product Vision & Leadership: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct deep dives into data, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and inform product decisions.
  • Strategic Growth & Optimization: Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance user value, increase conversion, and drive revenue, while continuously optimizing existing features and experiences.
  • Execution & Performance Management: Proactively identify areas of underperformance, develop clear improvement strategies, and lead initiatives from conception through successful execution and measurement. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, independently troubleshoot complex issues, and navigate ambiguity to drive solutions without getting stuck.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication among teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and progress, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Market & User Research: Cultivate a deep understanding of market trends, partner industries, and user needs through thorough research and insightful questioning to inform product development.

Who You Are

  • 4-6 years of product management experience or relevant experience in roles involving decision-making, cross-functional work, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; deep experience with SQL, dashboarding, product analytics, product experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; can clearly articulate strategy, decisions, and product outcomes to partners, stakeholders, and external clients
  • Experience managing trade-offs and prioritizing ruthlessly to drive results
  • High intellectual curiosity with a willingness to dive into unfamiliar domains and learn quickly
  • The ability to work out of the Cambridge, MA office 3x a week

Insurify is committed to offering a fair, competitive, and transparent compensation program that supports our mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Our compensation philosophy is guided by several factors including a candidate’s relevant experience, education/training, job-related skills, and location.

In addition to the base salary our total compensation package includes health coverage, retirement contributions, and additional wellbeing benefits. Some positions may be eligible for company equity.

Below is the base compensation range for US locations:

$143,000-$165,000
