Please let Bloom & Wild know you found this offer on WeLoveProduct as a way to support us 🫶
Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows.

We care wildly about people and our planet. Which is why we’re so proud to be a certified B Corp™ – committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us.

Founded in 2013, our mission back then was to make sending and receiving flowers the joy that it should be, by harnessing technology, brand and letterbox delivery. We announced £75 million Series D funding in 2021 and that same year acquired bloomon in The Netherlands and Bergamotte in France. Together, we’ve fulfilled and delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe.

Now home to a family of 3 beautiful brands, we’re driven by our vision to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. And we won't stop at flowers and plants. Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. This is all part of our ambition to build Europe's #1 direct to consumer gifting destination.

🛠️ Product Team

The role of the product team at Bloom & Wild is to create value for our customers and for Bloom & Wild by developing user-facing (e.g. website, apps) and internal digital products (e.g. warehouse technologies). We are a team of 16 people including Product Managers, Product Designers and Product & Tech Operations who report to the Chief Product Officer with a team located in London, Amsterdam and fully remote. Over 70% of our Product team identify as female.

We have 8 squads that work in fortnightly sprints to deliver outcome focussed quarterly OKRs. Each of these squads is responsible for all the strategic decision making within their Product area with an associated Product Manager.

Most of our team is based in the UK or The Netherlands and works in a flexible model, with choice in how often they travel to the office. Our squads meet in person at least once per quarter in order to maintain connections, collaborate on larger projects and have fun together.

You can read lots more about our technology stack and our culture over on our tech blog Code & Wild and on our technology careers page

💻 What you’ll be doing

As a Product Manager in the Logistics domain, you will ensure that we build internal systems that will allow our beautiful products to be delivered on time and bring delight to our customers.

You’ll do this by owning our internal delivery systems and ensuring that they can scale to deliver our stretching business goals. We are a rapidly growing, international business and you will need to balance high levels of ambiguity and autonomy whilst solving some of our biggest operational and technical challenges.

You will work with stakeholders across the business, including our Logistics and Warehouse Operations Teams to identify, prioritise and develop solutions to our logistics challenges, from carrier onboarding to tracking accuracy and reporting. You’ll also work closely with the squad and the rest of the tech team to drive our Tech strategy forward to ensure that our logistics systems are robust, scalable and flexible.

As we grow our company (in terms of the volume of our customers, our product range and the countries we are active in), we need systems that will grow and evolve with us. This will involve optimising existing systems that manage our shipping configuration as well as managing dependencies with our fulfilment systems.

Looking toward automation and efficiency, we are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about operational excellence. With the help of the product team, this role is a great opportunity to hone your product skills and work with a varied range of stakeholders.

You will help define and lead the product roadmap that will support our growth aspirations which includes:

  • Proactively engage stakeholders to collaboratively identify, prioritise and solve the most important customer and business problems.
  • Creating a Logistics product roadmap and shaping quarterly OKRs to enable the scaling of our business.
  • Understanding the impact our logistics tools have on creating an outstanding customer experience, by using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Collaborating with our Production & Procurement and Range teams by following and taking part in their processes to see the opportunities for improvement.
  • With a squad technical lead, leading a squad of 3 colleagues to improve our Logistics management systems.
  • Supporting the launch of new carriers and expanded product ranges.
  • Gather best practices and keep track of technologies and software solutions of third parties that can help in driving the B&W Group’s smarter logistics tooling.
  • Communicating regular product updates to leadership and the wider business.
  • Collaborating with the data science team to build data-driven system

✅ You’ll love this role if you… (What excites us)

  • 2-3 years of proven experience working as a Technical Product Manager / OwnerOutcome driven - you’re enthusiastic, passionate and keen to deliver impactful results.
  • You love to collaborate, and are at your best when working cross-functionally with other teams to unlock value.
  • You’re excited about problem-solving and love to take a logical and collaborative approach to finding solutions.
  • A data-driven decision maker - you love to understand the data and derive insights.
  • Communication & relationship management - you have collaborative style that enables you to work with a range of different people and teams and allows for open and inclusive discussion.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment would be a plus

  • These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these. We’re committed to building a team made up of different strengths, skills and experiences, so if you’re excited about our values, passionate about what you do and would like to join us in doing things more thoughtfully, we’d love to hear from you.

Lead change for good: we have the guts to try new things and step up to do what matters most.
Think deeply, act swiftly: we make sure there’s thoughtful rationale behind our approach and always act swiftly to implement ideas.
Care wildly: we pour care and creativity into everything we do and pay attention to the things that make a difference.
Stay open, be curious: we’re open about what we’re doing and why, and we welcome challenges from each other
