
The Business Enablement Group at N26 is empowering company departments without technical expertise by leveraging AI technologies to develop and implement innovative, user-friendly solutions that automate and optimize internal processes.
We are looking for a data-driven, technically savvy, Technical Product Manager who is passionate about AI and the opportunities it offers.
Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our generative AI internal products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the generative AI space.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to explore and evaluate new generative AI models and techniques.
Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Work closely with design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies.
Champion a data-driven approach to product development, using data to inform decisions and iterate on product offerings.
Solid educational background or practical experience in a similar role is critical
An in-depth understanding of Lean and Agile best practices.
Prior experience building products using LLMs and GenAI.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, bridging the gap between technical and product professionals to drive balanced prioritization and collaboration
Familiarity with Software development lifecycle
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Knowledge of the products we offer and passion for N26

Technical background in the field of Software Engineering/Product Management
Experience with Security and Regulatory Compliance best practices
Experience working with interdisciplinary Agile teams
Experience documenting processes in regulated environments
