JOB DESCRIPTION

Your role: 

As a Tech & Product Operation - Knowledge strategist intern, you will play a key role in supporting Doctolib’s Tech & Product teams to ensure Product knowledge is well collected, organised and broadcasted within the company. 

You will be reporting directly to the Product Knowledge Strategist and will interact with Product Managers, Design, Data, Marketing and field teams such as sales, customer care, technical support team members. 

This is your opportunity to make a great impact in a fast-growing company that already has 5 tech centers - in Paris, Berlin, Milan, Niort and Nantes - and whose product reach is quickly expanding across France, Germany and Italy.

Your core missions :

Managed by the Product Knowledge Strategist, you will:

• Work with Product and Marketing Managers to provide visibility on the product roadmap to all relevant stakeholders by
• Selecting important features that needs to be communicated to the whole company 
• Monitoring and coordinating communication rituals, materials and processes;
• Ensuring communication consistency across countries, products, teams;
• Suggest improvements to maximise the reach of internal communication

Ensure product evolutions are well documented and easily findable in a single source of truth for the entire company by

• Maintaining and improving pragmatic documentation processes;
• Driving and monitoring adoption of the knowledge base;
• Assessing documentation completion and quality with relevant stakeholders 

• Animate the internal product expert community (in charge of improving proximity between Product and field teams, to ensure smooth and qualitative deployment of new projects) by 
• Taking on the logistics of the community; 
• Ensuring their involvement (community animation by sharing best practices);
• Creating the needed material & rituals  to empower them

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & FIT 

Tech & Product Operation - Knowledge strategist team is the right fit for you if :

• You are structured and methodical;
• You are proficient in Excel / SQL is a plus;
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skill;
• You are fluent in English and French;
