We are looking for a highly-motivated and creative Product Management Intern that will #Jointheband this summer! As a Product Management Intern, you will work with a cross-functional team from Legal, Internal Audit, Technology, and Analytics to define the near-term and long-term roadmap for our self-service offerings. You will also partner with our business stakeholders across Finance and Legal.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Product Managers on new or existing SaaS products and build a roadmap for their continued evolution.
- Assist in the roll-out, training, and support of new products and capabilities.
- Draw insights and inspiration from user research, trends in the market, and direct feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities and define new strategies.
- Help teams efficiently interface, squads to efficiently plan, and meetings to run like clockwork.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and spread customer empathy.
- Get the best out of those around you by operating as a supportive teammate to engineers, data analysts, and others throughout the agile development process.
- Join a quickly growing and passion-driven product team and become a member of an accomplished and talented group of product leaders.
Who you are
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance or Law, graduating in 2023.
- You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2022.
- You have natural leadership tendencies. Your track record shows numerous occasions of bringing people together, formally or informally, to accomplish something you’re passionate about.
- An exceptional communicator. You have experience collaborating effectively with creatives, engineers, and business people. You inspire people to action with your storytelling.
- A proven operator. You’ve been on teams building software before and know the basics of the Product Management craft.
- A music enthusiast. You love music and are passionate about helping musicians thrive while delivering fans amazing experiences.
- A passion and experience working with Big Data via prior work experience, internships, or projects to inform product decisions.
- A team player. Your work is open and transparent, and documenting is part of your process to facilitate a distributed-first working environment.

- We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them!
- Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the Americas region in which we have a work location.
- For this role, you can choose to either work from home or from one of our office locations.
- Working hours? We operate within the EST time zone for collaboration.
