We are looking for a highly-motivated and creative Product Management Intern that will #Jointheband this summer! As a Product Management Intern, you will work with a cross-functional team from Legal, Internal Audit, Technology, and Analytics to define the near-term and long-term roadmap for our self-service offerings. You will also partner with our business stakeholders across Finance and Legal.

What you'll do

Collaborate with Product Managers on new or existing SaaS products and build a roadmap for their continued evolution.
Assist in the roll-out, training, and support of new products and capabilities.
Draw insights and inspiration from user research, trends in the market, and direct feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities and define new strategies.
Help teams efficiently interface, squads to efficiently plan, and meetings to run like clockwork.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and spread customer empathy.
Get the best out of those around you by operating as a supportive teammate to engineers, data analysts, and others throughout the agile development process.

Who you are

You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance or Law, graduating in 2023.
You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2022.
You have natural leadership tendencies. Your track record shows numerous occasions of bringing people together, formally or informally, to accomplish something you’re passionate about.
An exceptional communicator. You have experience collaborating effectively with creatives, engineers, and business people. You inspire people to action with your storytelling.
A proven operator. You’ve been on teams building software before and know the basics of the Product Management craft.
A music enthusiast. You love music and are passionate about helping musicians thrive while delivering fans amazing experiences.
A passion and experience working with Big Data via prior work experience, internships, or projects to inform product decisions.
A team player. Your work is open and transparent, and documenting is part of your process to facilitate a distributed-first working environment.

Where you'll be

We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them!
Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the Americas region in which we have a work location.
For this role, you can choose to either work from home or from one of our office locations.
Working hours? We operate within the EST time zone for collaboration.

Our paid summer internships last for 10-13 weeks and start at the beginning of June. The last day to apply is Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 4:59 PM EST.
