At a crossroad between product, marketing & sales, you are responsible for assisting in the introduction of new Withings products or the enhancement of an existing product by communicating the product’s value to the consumer public.
As the ‘voice of the consumer’, you will help develop advanced knowledge of our competitors, the market, our user targets and be able to identify and formulate patient needs. Working closely hands in hands with the Product marketing Manager in charge of the ScanWatch range, you will be in charge of creating a consolidated database about our competitors and sharing it on monthly basis via a newsletter to concerning teams, you will analyze sales to provides insights on the efficiency of our positioning and consumer marketing and you will assist the managers in their day-to-day tasks
Formulating Customer Expectations
- Developing satisfaction surveys to identify specific customer needs
- Collecting feedback and product suggestions from users and our community
Understanding Market Structure
- Analyzing market and consumer data to recommend actionable strategies
- Monitoring trends and emerging consumer behaviors
- Conducting competitive analysis on positioning, messaging, and product launches
- Identifying regional opportunities and threats
- Sharing insights through a competitor database and a monthly newsletter
Sales Analysis
- Conducting weekly sales analysis with in-depth regional breakdowns
- Providing monthly sales reports to assess user acquisition and upgrades, enabling targeted campaigns
Coordinating Product Marketing Materials
- Distributing materials for press, sales teams, and online marketing (videos, sales presentations, comparisons, photos)
- Updating assets as needed and ensuring they are shared across the company, facilitating cohesive and consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in technology, healthcare, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
