We are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Payments, to support our ProviPay product. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to build scalable new features in the payments space. You will also help the business with new onboarding and scoping features for distributors as they join the platform.

Responsibilities:

Developing the roadmap and strategy for our payments products that help retailers make online payments to distributors.
Understanding our strategic and competitive position to deliver payments products that are catered to our unique space as well as knowing the different stakeholders within the space
Team up with the entire PM team to increase payment stickiness and become a full contributor to our overall tools for distributors.
Building collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
Partnering with internal business partners to create a holistic payments experience.
Finding scrappy and innovative solutions to payments experience problems informed by quantitative and qualitative insights
Above all, striving to make the Provi team, business, and product great

Requirements:

8+ years of product management experience including ownership of large-scale or multi-team launches
5+ years of experience in the payment space, such as other B2B payments platforms
Background in other SaaS products that touch payments space such as Dynamics, Quickbooks, Dwolla, Stripe, billpay.com, Oracle Netsuite
Understanding the restaurant technology landscape including vendor management platforms, POS, inventory management, warehouse operations, and retailer operations
Demonstrated experience creating PM artifacts associated with large-scale/breadth launches. Able to present at an executive/C-suite level with minimal guidance
Ability to coordinate with partners at various levels, including but not limited to engineering and design
Proven track record of working from ambiguity to a plan of action that results in successful execution at scale
