About the Role

TravelPerk is on a mission to make business travel effortless and enjoyable. Until now, we've excelled in booking flights, hotels, trains, and cars. But a trip involves so much more, and we aim to streamline the entire travel experience—from budgeting to reconciliation. As the Staff Product Manager - Trip Expenses, you will spearhead TravelPerk's next transformative leap: expanding our platform beyond pre-trip expenses to encompass all travel costs, including meals, taxis, and more. This strategic initiative is pivotal for TravelPerk, offering immense opportunities for innovation and impact.

We are looking for a visionary PM with a passion for UX, who can build a path to success from the ground up and own the product lifecycle end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Drive Strategic Impact: Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that addresses the holistic needs of travel expense management, positioning TravelPerk as the market leader in this space.
• Own the Product Roadmap: Prioritize and execute on a comprehensive product roadmap that includes both internal tools and external user experiences, ensuring alignment with TravelPerk’s strategic goals.
• Innovate and Iterate fast: Leverage data and research to inform decision-making, iteratively testing hypotheses, refining strategies, and optimizing the product to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Product at high-growth tech companies. Experience in web development is a plus.
• Deep understanding of software product development, with a talent for breaking down complex projects into achievable milestones.
• An ability to craft compelling visions and lead teams to achieve them.
• An ability to navigate and integrate multiple business functions—engineering, design, finance, data, and more.
• Fluency in data and research techniques to make data-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with payments and finance concepts
