We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer who brings deep expertise, thrives in complex problem spaces, and elevates product quality across teams. You combine systems thinking, hands-on craft, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful impact for users and the business.
What you’ll do:
Lead a Product Area: Take end-to-end ownership of our AI-powered platform that transforms campaign briefs into full marketing strategies. Drive clarity, direction, and impact across teams as you evolve this product and, over time, extend your impact to other product areas as the platform grows.
Orchestrate product improvements: Simplify and enhance our products end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Data, and Engineering to craft high-quality solutions.
Shape the design direction: Establish design objectives for teams and contribute to long-term product strategy with a user- and business-focused mindset.
Elevate design craft: Guide designers through their growth by providing feedback, mentoring, and supporting them across different stages of their progression.
Design at multiple altitudes: Shift effortlessly between high-level systems thinking and detailed interaction/visual design; contribute hands-on when needed.
Collaborate across disciplines: Work with Research, Content, Design System, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a frictionless creation and delivery process for our B2C products.
Communicate with influence: Present concepts, detailed design work, and design rationale clearly, both verbally and visually, to internal and external stakeholders.
Strengthen design culture: Partner with other Design Leads to develop a principle-driven, collaborative, and ambitious team culture.
What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience designing consumer products, content-driven platforms, internal tools, or AI-powered features, with a proven track record of shipping impactful solutions at scale and iterating based on real user insights.
A strong understanding of visual design, interaction design, and system-level thinking across web and mobile.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership to define and drive product direction
Experience mentoring or guiding other designers, helping elevate team craft and decision-making.
Comfort blending strategy and execution — moving fluidly from exploration to hands-on design when needed.
Fluency with modern prototyping tools & approaches (Figma, code-based prototyping, etc.) and examples of new AI-powered adopted workflows
A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in craft, systems thinking, and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
